New Steps moved to the new purpose built
Centre near Waterloo outside of the capital of Freetown by 60km.
New Steps continues to serve the mobility disabled, their families
and their communities. After the initial settling in phase, main
core activities have been focusing on serving the local area and
past clients in the new environment. New Steps is now ready to implement
new activities within the focus areas. There is still some work
to be done on the building to complete the first phase and bring
all into use.
13.000 € - Training for life: Agriculture, Adult Basic Education, Vocational Training
6.500 € - Health Care Services – Caring for the community
6.500 € - Extension of Rehabilitation Services to Provinces
16.000 € - Support of Core Services: Local Staff Pay, Logistics, Administration, Supplies
